With so many tablets on the market these days, I’ve been having a really rough time deciding on the best one for me. I came across the Le Pan TC 970 tablet and found that it was the perfect match for me. While it may not be exactly what you’re looking for, I think this review is going to help you decide what you’re looking for. My advice to you is to make a list of your expectations and price limit before you shop around, that way you don’t spend your money on things you’ll never use. So here we go, the pros and cons that I think you need to know.
Let’s start off with what I like most about this device. First of all, the 9.7 inch display is the perfect size for my needs. I can easily get my work done on the go, play games, browse the web and not feel like I’m using a tablet. Anything smaller just wouldn’t cut it for me and anything bigger would be a bit on the bulky side. The tablet is also very thin, it’s only 0.48 inches, so you can easily fit in anywhere. I love the fact that it offers 720p HD because this allows me to watch all my favorite movies and shows and feel like I’m watching them on my television. It’s great to have HD on the go. Plus the viewing angle is a whopping 178 degrees, so that’s really nice when you’re playing games with friends or watching something together.

I must say, I love the fact that it has Android 2.2 OS (Froyo) and gives you full support for Adobe Flash. I can’t tell you how long I’ve been waiting for that to come along. You guys remember the internet on cell phones and how it used to be, right? That used to drive me crazy. I love being able to do everything on the go. With 512 MB or DDR2 RAM to work with, I can get everything done and not have to worry if my tablet can keep up. This has been a blessing for me. I don’t need that much, but I’d rather have more than I need than not have enough. I also love the Wi-Fi feature and multi touch, which makes navigating super easy.
Now, the power button is a bit tough to press and the finger prints really seem to stick on this device. Personally, getting a protective cover has taken care of that. The speakers also could be better, but work.
If this Le Pan TC 970 doesn’t seem like the right tablet for your personal needs, then you may want to check out the Kindle Fire. This tablet is another one I personally tried out and I loved it. While it wasn’t the best option for me personally, it may be everything you’re looking for. Many people have chosen this as their go-to tablet and it’s easy to see why. I hope this helps you in your search!
